Do you offer repairs?
If you're bracelet happens to break within 60 days of purchase we'll happily repair it at no cost to you.
Should your repair require the replacement of stones or metal components that are no longer available, we will let you know and do our best to find a similar substitute. Shipping cost to our studio for all repairs are the responsibility of the customer. The current turnaround time for repairs is 3-5 business days from time we receive your piece. Please make sure to include your Name, shipping address, email and phone number along with all the components of the piece.
Do you have Gift Cards?

I Have really Tiny/Larger wrist… will these fit me?
As made the bracelets can fit any wrist with the diameter of 6.5"-8”, which fits most people. We have two sizes S an L.
If you have larger diameter wrist you can simply email us inquiring about a custom order. Just let us know exactly what you want, what size you want it to be, billing and shipping info, and your contact info. The leather can also be stretched a bit, so if its just a little too small, you can simply stretch the leather a little and gain up to a half inch.
Are they Waterproof… Can I get them wet?
We use high quality lamb leather without waterproofing so to maintain its softness and longevity please avoid submerging it in water and using heavy lotions or oils and perfume/toilet whater. Normal daily wear and washing hands will not be a problem we just recommend no bathing or swimming in it and trying to keep it out of the water as much as possible to increase the life of the piece. Dont wear it in the sea.
Can I wear braclet on sun?
Yes, you can wear EMBLEM bracelet on the sun, however long exposure on the sun may lead to color fading.
Do the bracelets cause any type of Skin Reactions?
We use high quality, non-tarnishing hardware with a hypoallergenic finish, so you shouldn't have any reactions to the bracelets. However, everyone is different. If your bracelet becomes an issue you can return it or give it away to a friend.
How do I store bracelet?
Keep it in a special and dark space, not among other jewelry. Stanless steel can attrast from other materials and change color.
How Long does it take to get my order?
Orders ship out in 5-7 business days, and after that depends on how fast of shipping option you chose and where it's going. Proceed with your order and chose your desired shipping speed to see what the end result will be. Orders that choose faster shipping options will be put to the front of the line for fulfillment as well.
